What you'll do
- Providing information about the training offer: explaining the contents, requirements, dates, and objectives of the available courses to potential students or workers.
- Enrollment acquisition: to close registrations for the training programs.
- Loyalty and follow-up
- Calls and reminders
What we're looking for
- Experience in customer service and/or as a teleoperator is required
- User-level proficiency in the computer applications to be managed.
How you'll work
- Contract from November 9th to 22nd
- Full-time schedule from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:15 Monday to Thursday, Friday from 8:00 to 15:00
