About the role

What you'll do

• Resolve doubts about Madrid City Council tax payments.
• Follow up on requests and support the user until the issue is closed.
• Data entry

What you'll get

• Temporary contract: start date in September, duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension and subsequent permanent employment.
• Salary of 10.23 euros gross per hour

How you'll work

• Morning shift of 25 hours with availability between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday to Sunday. On-site.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a customer service telephone operator.
• High school diploma required
• Tech-savvy.
• Customer orientation
• Availability to complete online training in August and start in September

Benefits and conditions

• In-person training of 8 days, Monday to Friday, choose from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Training is selective.
