The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to optimizing the customer journey. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written Turkish and English communication skills, with a minimum requirement of C1-level proficiency in Turkish and B1 proficiency in English (or equivalent). Customer Centricity: Proven interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to manage diverse customer inquiries and de-escalate complex concerns effectively. Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Robust problem-solving capabilities, with the decision-making confidence needed to address and resolve operational issues efficiently. Precision & Organization: Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills, crucial for accurate data entry, meticulous record-keeping, and effective task prioritization. Technical Aptitude: Proficient computer literacy and strong typing skills, including prior familiarity or comfort with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and standard office productivity applications. Collaborative Mindset: A proven ability to thrive within a team environment, demonstrating a proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Experience: Prior experience in a customer service, contact center, or related customer-facing role is highly advantageous. |
