Customer Service with Finnish - Relocation to Greece

Our client is currently seeking Finnish speakers for various positions in Greece.

No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills, communication skills and willingness to learn!

Working Conditions:

• Full-time – 40h/week, 8h/day
• Greek employment contract

About the Opportunity:

Our client has multiple open positions in Customer Service, Content Moderation, Sales and other areas. Their projects include cooperation with some of the world's most popular streaming platforms, social media applications and other well-known international brands.

Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels
• Providing information and assistance to customers
• Processing and managing customer requests
• Handling complaints and escalating complex cases when necessary
• Updating customer information in internal systems
• Providing professional and customer-oriented support

What you will need:

• Fluent Finnish (C1 / Native / Near-native level)
• English (at least B2)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to handle challenging interactions calmly and professionally
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in Greece

What you will gain:
