For our client an international company located in Warsaw currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Customer Service with Swedish
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on ordering, delivery and complaint process
- Manage customer orders and monitor there fulfillment
- Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers
- Register and manage customer complaints
Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish (C1)
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- The ability to cooperate with clients and build long-term relationships
- Strong soft skills: communication, flexibility, empathy, proactivity, and problem-solving.
