Customer Service with Swedish - Relocation to Greece

Our client is currently seeking Swedish speakers for various positions in Greece.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time – 40h/week, 8h/day
- Greek employment contract
About the Opportunity:
Our client has multiple open positions in Customer Service, Content Moderation, Sales and other areas. Their projects include cooperation with some of the world's most popular streaming platforms, social media applications and other well-known international brands.
Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Providing information and assistance
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Supporting customers via phone, email, chat and other communication channels
- Managing customer accounts and requests
- Escalating complex issues when necessary
What you will need:
- Fluent Swedish (at least C1)
- Good English (at least B2)
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Eligibility to work in Greece
What you will gain:
- Salary: €1,350–€1,650 gross/month
