Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with payment-related questions
- Help with software installation and device synchronization
- Guide customers through purchasing and product usage
- Ensure a professional and helpful interaction in every contact
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent Ukrainian speaker (C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools
- Willing and able to relocate to Lisbon for the full contract duration
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Compensation Package:
With Company-Provided Apartment:
- Base salary: €760
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses: €633.32
- Meal allowance: €154
- Apartment benefit (in-kind): €200
- Total gross compensation (cash): €1,040.66
- Total gross package (including in-kind benefits): €1,240.66
Without Apartment:
- Base salary: €920
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses: €766.66
- Meal allowance: €154
- Total gross compensation: €1,227.32
- Full-time schedule: 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break (Mon–Fri, 08:00–19:00, rotational)
- 12-month contract, renewable; permanent contract after 2 years
- Health insurance starting from day one
- Meal card (usable in shops and restaurants)
FOR INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES - relocation package:
- Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
