Customer Services Administrator
The main customer services role entails:
- Call centre contact. Answering telephones
- Queries. Dealing with day to day and general queries
- Problem solving. Speaking to various departments to help solves any operational problems
- Internal reporting. Collating and reporting KPI or internal data for various departments
- External reporting. Collating and reporting KPI data for suppliers
- Integrating daily tasks with other departments in the business
- Team work
- Attention to detail
- Polite telephone manner
- Use of Microsoft packages preferred
