Tetra Pak Internship Program
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As Customer Service Intern you will:
- Support the Customer Service operation by generating reports, assisting with backlog management, collecting and consolidating labor hours, and monitoring operational performance indicators;
- Assist with customer service planning and coordination activities, including communication follow-up, maintenance events, service agreements, action orders, and customer onboarding processes;
- Support sales and service teams by processing low-complexity quotations, responding to customer inquiries, providing account planning inputs, and ensuring timely information flow across stakeholders;
- Perform data quality reviews, validation, and correction activities, helping to establish monitoring routines and preventive controls to maintain system data accuracy and integrity;
- Analyze operational and customer experience data, prepare reports and insights, support profitability tracking of service agreements, and contribute to continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
We believe you have
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Business Administration, Economy or Engineering;
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point); knowledge of Scripts, Macros, Power BI or interest in data analysis, process improvement, and customer service operations.
English Advanced - Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English. - Availability for internship: January 18 to June 14, 2027.
- Graduation expected: July 2027 or afterwards.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program
