The opportunity
Be the go-to person for customer planning and resource consent enquiries.
Help customers to navigate District Plan maps, rules and the resource consent application process.
Help shape better planning and resource consent processes and guidance for our customers.
Work closely with Council’s resource consent planners and assist with pre-application meetings, information requests and business improvements.
To set you up for success, you’ll have
A relevant qualification in planning, resource management, or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage competing demands.
A customer focused approach and confidence dealing with a variety of enquiries.
