Customer Solutions - AI Engineer
You build AI systems that help customers succeed. You turn manual customer workflows into automated, scalable software. You sit between customers, AI, and product, with direct ownership over retention and expansion through automation. You'll automate customer support by building AI agents that resolve customer issues at scale, build customer facing AI agents to support fraud investigations, analysis, reporting, and operations, deliver automated insights through self updating reports that prove ROI, own customer integrations by working directly with customers and writing code to solve real problems, and operationalize AI by turning manual CX work into production grade automation.
Responsibilities
- Automate customer support by building AI agents that resolve customer issues at scale
- Build customer facing AI agents to support fraud investigations, analysis, reporting, and operations
- Deliver automated insights through self updating reports that prove ROI
- Own customer integrations by working directly with customers and writing code to solve real problems
- Operationalize AI by turning manual CX work into production grade automation
Requirements
- 3 plus years engineering experience in product, platform, or automation roles
- Hands on AI experience with LLMs and agentic systems
- Full stack ability to build and ship production automation
- Automation mindset to eliminate repetitive work with code
- Customer empathy to translate pain into solutions
