Customer Solutions Engineer

About the role

Westinghouse is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to help grow our Testing business. You will combine commercial, technical, and operational responsibilities, working with the Customer Solutions Manager on business development, proposal preparation, and customer support activities.

What you'll do

• Support business development projects and customer growth strategies.

• Coordinate technical, schedule, and cost inputs for proposal development.

• Prepare and track commercial offers and customer opportunities.

• Maintain reporting and commercial data within company systems.

• Support financial and business reporting activities.

• Participate in field service activities.

• Qualify and perform as a Containment Coordinator during nuclear outages at Ascó and Vandellòs.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in engineering, project coordination, proposal management, technical sales, field services, or similar roles.

• Fluent English.

• Willingness to travel within Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in the energy, industrial, or nuclear sectors is an advant.

• Additional languages are of interest.

How you'll work

• Approximately 20-30% of working time onsite at customer facilities and nuclear power plants.

• Technical training provided.

• Long-term development path towards Project Management responsibilities.
