Customer Success and Partner Onboarding Manager

You will manage the complete onboarding journey for B2B customers from technical setup through go-live. You will coordinate launch milestones, manage customer relationships, optimize visibility and campaign performance, maintain accurate HubSpot records, analyze customer data, resolve issues, and use AI tools to improve workflows and support communication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding from setup to go-live
  • Coordinate partners through the Launch Checklist
  • Manage relationships with active customers
  • Optimize customer visibility and performance
  • Ensure communications and visuals meet brand and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and clean HubSpot CRM records
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and analyze performance data
  • Resolve issues and manage customer feedback loops
  • Use AI to categorize support tickets and draft initial responses

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English and German
  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or Partner Onboarding
  • Experience in loyalty hospitality or travel is preferred
  • Proficiency with AI tools for writing research data analysis and workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
  • Understanding of digital integrations including APIs web links voucher uploads and campaign dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Empathetic consultative and solution-oriented communication
  • Ability to work across teams and time zones
  • Strong sense of ownership
