About Us
Prep Zone Academy is a Singapore-based education consultancy specialising in medical and law school admissions, test preparation, and academic support for IB, IGCSE, college admissions, and a wide range of standardised tests.

The Role
We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive individual to be a first point of contact at our office and the ongoing point of contact for parents of our IB, IGCSE, college admissions, and test prep students. This role blends front desk operations with relationship management, ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and following through on things.

What You'll Do

• Welcome students and parents at the front desk, manage walk-ins, calls, and enquiries
• Maintain regular check-ins with parents across our IB, IGCSE, college admissions, and test prep programmes, updating them on progress, attendance, and upcoming milestones
• Coordinate with tutors and consultants to stay informed on each student's status so updates to parents are accurate and timely
• Handle scheduling, basic admin, and light CRM/data entry (tracking parent communications)
• Flag any concerns (attendance issues, parent dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts) to the relevant consultant early
• Support ad hoc front-of-house needs during peak periods (events, boot camps, open days)

What We're Looking For

• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable communicating with parents professionally and warmly
• Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or client-facing admin roles (education sector experience a strong plus)
• Organised and reliable with follow-through, comfortable managing a list of ongoing check-ins
• Familiarity with IB, IGCSE, or college admissions systems is a bonus, not required, we'll train
• Comfortable with basic tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, simple CRM)

Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off
