Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super + Bonus

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join their growing organisation. You’ll own a defined territory, spend meaningful time onsite with customers, and play a key role in improving school outcomes through strong relationships, practical guidance and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of customers across your territory

  • Deliver onsite visits, workshops and stakeholder sessions to support product adoption

  • Guide customers through best-practice usage and help solve workflow challenges

  • Identify risks and intervene with practical solutions

  • Work closely with internal teams (support, product, leadership) to advocate for customer needs

  • Maintain strong account rhythm: planning, follow-ups, and outcome tracking

Skills & Experience

  • A highly engaging communicator who builds trust quickly (in person and on the phone)

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, Training, or Client Services (SaaS/tech exposure ideal)

  • Comfortable presenting, training, and facilitating sessions with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage a territory-based schedule

  • Comfortable with regular travel (including multi-day trips; up to 3 nights away at a time)

  • Ability to work in environments involving children/schools (background checks may apply)

This role requires someone who is confident dealing with people, has excellent problem solving skills, and thrives on being “in the field” rather than behind a desk.
