Customer Success Engineer - Cloud Security

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer with expertise in cloud security to help enterprise customers implement, troubleshoot, and adopt cloud security solutions. The role involves working closely with customers to resolve complex technical issues, optimize platform usage, and support the implementation of cloud security best practices across their environments.

Responsibilities:

- Support enterprise customers in implementing, configuring, and adopting cloud security solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions across cloud environments.

- Guide customers on cloud security best practices, platform capabilities, and implementation strategies.

- Support the deployment and configuration of CNAPP/CSPM platforms, preferably Prisma Cloud.

- Assist with Kubernetes security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scanning, and DevSecOps integrations.

- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.

- Build strong customer relationships and drive successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing platform usage.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role.

- Strong hands-on experience in cloud security and at least one major cloud platform.

- Experience with Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) or Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solutions, preferably Prisma Cloud.

- Exposure to Kubernetes security, IaC scanning, and DevSecOps integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide enterprise customers through technical implementation and adoption.
