Customer Success – Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Support product demonstrations, including technical requirement analysis, live demos, and Q&A sessions.

• Deliver product training and monitor product usage to improve customer satisfaction.

• Provide project guidance and support to key clients based on their business needs.

• Prepare technical materials for product demonstrations and training.

• Collaborate with team members to support marketing events and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of BIM or digital construction is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and self-learning abilities.

• Proactive, positive, and able to work under pressure.

• Proficient in English; basic Mandarin is a plus.
