Customer Success Manager

You will serve as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, develop success strategies, conduct business reviews, and use usage data to improve adoption. You will manage customer health and churn risks, support onboarding, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Advise institutional clients on optimizing their use of offerings
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop tailored customer success strategies and KPIs
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and strategic business reviews
• Use customer usage data to recommend actions that drive adoption
• Identify and execute renewal and upsell opportunities with Sales
• Support onboarding and activation with Solutions Engineering
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
• Monitor customer health metrics and mitigate churn risk
• Provide guidance on deployment strategies and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of account management, customer success, or similar experience in technology or financial services
• Experience guiding customers through complex technological or operational transitions
• Customer-data analysis
• Experience managing high-value customer portfolios of $1M+ ARR
• Success planning and business-outcome tracking
• Communication with executive leadership and technical stakeholders
