This is a strategic customer success role focused on managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts and maximizing their long-term value.
You will own customer success strategies that strengthen satisfaction, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.
Working closely with legal, finance, IT, and other stakeholders, you will align platform capabilities with complex business objectives.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers adopt best practices and identify opportunities to optimize their operations.
Internally, you will serve as a strong voice of the customer while partnering cross-functionally to resolve challenges and improve delivery.
The role also offers opportunities to influence best practices, support scalable programs, and contribute to team development.

Accountabilities
- Customer Success & Retention: Own success strategies for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving satisfaction, retention, account health, and growth while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Strategic Account Management: Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as a strategic partner and advocate, ensuring internal priorities remain aligned with customer objectives.
- Product Adoption: Drive adoption through scalable enablement programs, training sessions, and best-practice guidance, helping customers maximize the value of their SaaS solutions.
- Customer Advisory: Serve as a thought partner on industry trends, operational best practices, and optimization opportunities, translating customer challenges into actionable recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Take ownership of complex customer and internal issues, coordinating the right stakeholders and driving solutions through to completion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, improve processes, and ensure customer needs are effectively represented across the organization.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and share best practices that improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of customer success processes while maintaining a personalized customer experience.
- Team Contribution: Support onboarding and interviewing activities, share expertise with colleagues, and help establish a high standard for technical and customer success excellence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation, ideally within consulting, SaaS, or software environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with legal technology is a plus, as is familiarity with legal operations and the needs of Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- SaaS Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer success practices, and relevant business metrics.
- Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships across complex organizations.
- Startup Experience: Experience working within a lean or growing Customer Success organization where adaptability, ownership, and initiative are essential.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate customer challenges and business objectives into practical recommendations that drive adoption and measurable value.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to advise senior customer stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while taking ownership of customer outcomes.
- Collaboration: Strong cross-functional mindset and ability to influence internal teams without relying solely on formal authority.
- Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Base salary: $92,500–$115,000 annually, depending on skills, education, experience, and location.
- Commission: Target commission opportunity of 20% of base salary.
- Bonus: Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
