Customer Success Manager - HRTech & Enterprise Accounts

Own enterprise relationships and help HR teams get measurable value from MPloyChek's background-verification platform.

Responsibilities
• Lead onboarding, adoption and ongoing success for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with HR and operations stakeholders on verification workflows and service outcomes.
• Monitor account health, usage, turnaround times and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and improve customer experience.

Requirements
• 3–6 years in enterprise customer success, account management, HRTech or BGV.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, service reviews and escalations.

Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.
