- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Support, and Sales teams to voice customer feedback and optimize the overall experience.
- English Fluency: Advanced professional English (B2+ or C1 required for client interactions).
- Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS, Tech, or B2B environment.
- Tooling: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and client success workflows.
- Mindset: Data-informed, proactive, organized, and motivated by achieving both client outcomes and financial performance goals.
Base Salary: $34,000 MXN gross / month
Variable Commission: Up to +$500 USD (~$8,000 MXN) monthly based on retention and expansion goals
Total Target Earnings (OTE): ~$41,000 MXN / month
