You will support customers daily, resolve issues, and lead farm onboarding, deployment, and implementation. You will deliver customer training, coordinate with sales, service partners, and field operations, and hold regular check-ins to identify issues and provide feedback to engineering.
Responsibilities
- Support customers daily and resolve issues.
- Lead new-farm onboarding, deployment, and implementation.
- Execute and improve customer training procedures.
- Build relationships with sales, service partners, and field operations teams.
- Host regular customer check-ins and communicate product feedback to engineering.
Requirements
- Customer-centric communication skills.
- Agriculture and agtech experience.
- Understanding of farm operations.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate technical topics to customers.
- Ability to travel frequently across California and Washington.
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM systems including HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
