Customer Success Manager
About the company
Our client is a healthcare company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as the day-to-day contact for a large set of partner accounts, advising them while also growing usage and referrals. The role pairs relationship management with target-driven growth and regular work across internal departments.
What you'll do
- Be the primary point of contact for a broad portfolio of partner accounts, with a heavy weekly cadence of customer conversations.
- Increase referrals and engagement across the portfolio by using each interaction to strengthen the relationship and reach or surpass goals.
- Reply quickly to partner questions and handle delicate situations with empathy.
- Maintain and improve the team's customer success playbook.
- Apply AI-based tooling to streamline routine communications, note-taking and prospecting.
- Collaborate with operations, product, growth and clinical colleagues to resolve issues and share partner feedback.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Roughly 3 to 6 years of customer-facing experience, with a portion spent at an early-stage company.
- Background in customer success, account management or sales handling a very large number of smaller accounts, around 100 or more, rather than a few enterprise clients.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in a sales, customer success or business development role, ideally with consumer-facing or B2B2C models.
- Orientation toward expansion and upsell, not only retention.
- Experience setting up processes from the ground up with few resources.
- Comfort asking directly for action while earning the trust of time-pressed contacts.
- A scrappy, data-driven approach and fluency with AI tools.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate, with the ability to be in the office three days a week.
Bonus points
- Experience in EdTech, K-12 or school-facing partnerships.
- A background in mental health.
- A career path moving from business development to account executive to customer success.
