About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of U.S. clients, driving engagement, platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build relationships with U.S. customers;
• Drive platform adoption and customer engagement;
• Monitor account health and identify potential churn risks;
• Maintain proactive communication with clients;
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales;
• Collaborate with Finance, Support, and Product teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related role;
• Experience working with U.S. clients / U.S. market;
• Advanced/Fluent English;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple accounts;
• SaaS or subscription-based business experience is a plus;
• Healthcare or compliance experience is a plus.

Contract: PJ | 100% Remote
