Description

《About the team》
The Customer Success Partner works directly with B2B clients in the consumer electronics, electromechanical, and electronic hardware space — ensuring they succeed not just at deployment, but in realizing ongoing value from our SaaS products. This position sits within the ULTRON IoT solution, which operates at the intersection of business development, software onboarding, and client relationship management.

Customer Success Partner is not a passive, wait-for-inbound role. As you deepen your knowledge of our products and client landscape, you'll start proactively thinking about how to expand our reach and influence — through seminars, trade shows, strategic partnerships, and more. This is what makes this role one without a ceiling.

This position values ownership, empathy, and a results-driven mindset, treating every client interaction is an opportunity to deepen the relationship and grow the business.

《What You'll Do 》
You'll own the end-to-end customer success journey — from first contact, through IoT module deployment and subscription onboarding, to renewal. Your goal is to convert interested prospects into long-term subscription partners and grow existing relationships.

You'll serve B2B clients in consumer electronics, electromechanical, and electronic hardware, helping them adopt ULTRON's IoT solutions and maximize value from SaaS products. An intelligent AI assistant will help you work faster, smarter, and with greater insight.

● Client Consultation & Deal Progression (30%)
You'll be the first point of contact after a prospect reaches out — understanding their needs, demonstrating how ULTRON's subscription solutions fit their goals, and guiding them from interest to signing contracts.
○ Receive and qualify inbound leads, conducting discovery conversations to understand client use cases and pain points.
○ Present SaaS subscription plans with tailored demonstrations aligned to each client's context.
○ Track pipeline progress and collaborate with business leadership to drive deals to close.

● Software Onboarding & Adoption (30%)
Once a client signs on, you'll own their onboarding experience — ensuring smooth deployment of subscription products and driving active usage from day one.
○ Design and execute structured onboarding plans for new subscribers.
○ Deliver product training and usage guidance to reduce learning friction.
○ For matters involving business models and service workflows, act as the bridge between clients and the engineering team — translating client needs into clear, actionable communication for technical execution.

● Subscription Retention & Client Growth (20%)
Your long-term impact will be measured by renewal rates and account expansion. You'll proactively monitor account health, identify opportunities to deepen client engagement, and continuously think about how to increase client stickiness within ULTRON's product ecosystem.
○ Track product usage and proactively engage at-risk or underperforming accounts.
○ Collect client feedback and relay insights to improve product experience and service processes.
○ Drive renewal conversations and identify upsell opportunities across the SaaS product lines.
○ Propose and drive initiatives — seminars, trade show participation, strategic partnerships — securing internal resources to expand client community influence.

● Hardware Procurement & Delivery Coordination (20%)
As part of ensuring a seamless client experience, you'll manage the administrative process of IoT module procurement and delivery — following established SOPs to make sure hardware arrives on time.
○ Coordinate module hardware orders and liaise with vendors per standard procurement procedures.
○ Track shipment progress and confirm timely delivery to clients.
○ Maintain accurate delivery documentation (shipping records, acceptance confirmations).
