Owns and develops strategic customer relationships to drive retention and long-term loyalty. Collaborates closely with Area Sales and cross-functional GSC teams to support assigned customers in achieving their desired business outcomes through Maersk solutions, ensuring consistent value delivery, customer success and growth
- Ensures customers within the assigned portfolio are supported through effective and efficient solutions, while building long-term, trust-based relationships to drive retention and volume growth in close collaboration with Sales
- Continuously monitors customer progress against defined targets, driving outcomes and overall relationship health.
- Proactively identifies and resolves customer challenges by leveraging cross-functional resources across the organization.
- Oversees ocean and logistics contract renewals, including tender handling, by collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Manages (CAT) Customer allocation processes and coordinates with customers to ensure alignment and delivery of commitments.
- Ensures timely execution of contract renewals and effective contract lifecycle management.
- Partners closely with frontline sales teams on account planning, target setting, and go-to-market strategies.
- Communicates service updates, commercial changes, and rate revisions to assigned customers in a timely and structured manner.
- Delivers end-to-end sales support and commercial execution activities across the customer lifecycle.
- Supports team with day-to-day activities and operational needs basis customer requirements.
- Contributes to special projects, training initiatives, and capability-building activities within the team.
- Supports reporting requirements to enable data-driven decision-making and performance tracking by using various dashboards.
- Assists in resolving escalations and disputes, ensuring timely and effective closure end to end.
- Provides backup support for other Customer Success Partners ensuring business continuity.
- Escalates critical issues to management in a timely and structured manner with proposed solutions.
