Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to build strong relationships with our active client base and help customers get maximum value from Altegio.
This is a role combining customer success, retention, and commercial skills. You’ll understand client needs, help them get the most from the platform, handle challenging situations, and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships.

What you’ll do

Customer Success & Retention

• Manage and develop relationships with an active client base.
• Identify client needs and help them get more value from Altegio.
• Drive subscription renewals and proactively reduce churn.
• Handle cancellations and challenging client situations, communicating the value of continued cooperation.

Customer Growth

• Consult clients on payments and additional Altegio products.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Negotiate and close service agreements.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting in the CRM.
• Track customer needs, account performance, and retention opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Retention, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven experience with customer retention, renewals, and upsells.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as churn, retention, NRR, and LTV.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate reporting.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to clearly communicate product value.

Nice to have: experience in beauty, wellness, service-business software, or banking; experience building retention or renewal processes.
