To thrive as the Customer Success Specialist, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, family engagement, education support, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working successfully in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems and communication platforms.
  • Experience using Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
  • Strong organizational, relationship-building, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable high-speed internet service and a dedicated home office environment.

Your responsibilities as the Customer Success Specialist will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for newly enrolled families.
  • Guiding families through onboarding and requirements.
  • Conducting proactive check-ins to assess needs and provide support.
  • Identifying and resolving concerns through collaboration with academic and support teams.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of family interactions and trends.
  • Leading re-enrollment outreach and retention initiatives.
  • Tracking retention metrics and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
  • Partnering with internal teams to enhance family satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assisting with onboarding materials, FAQs, and family communications.
  • Supporting evolving business needs and team goals as assigned.
