We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our users—from grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofits—as they run successful events on our platform.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team
💡 What You Bring:
- Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom)
- Tech-savvy with great communication skills
- Comfortable with Excel and basic web design
- Remote work experience & self-starter mentality
- Strong attention to detail and organization
💡 Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Canada with fluent English
- Must live in the Pacific time zone, no exceptions
✨ Bonus Points for:
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising events
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Enchant
📅 Schedule:
Choose between:
- 4 x 10 hour days (Thu–Sun, 1:00PM–11:00PM PT)
- 5 x 8 hour days (Thu–Mon, 3:00PM–11:00PM PT)
