Join a multilingual customer support team supporting customers of leading global technology brands. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, helping them with product-related questions, troubleshooting, order support and general inquiries.
Work Model: remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time
What You Will Do
- Provide customer support through phone, email and chat channels
- Assist customers with product and service-related questions
- You have to be experienced in account management
- Support order processing and order-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Ensure high-quality customer experience in every interaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- Fluent Italian or French language skills (C1 level or higher)
- English (C1 level)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confidence using digital tools and computer systems
- Previous customer service, technical support or contact center experience is an advantage
- Interest in technology and consumer electronics is considered a plus
