Colorful Standard is now looking for organized student workers who enjoy solving problems for people and can keep a cool head when the inbox is full. Each position is 10 to 15 hours a week, starting in early December 2026, in our brand-new office in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, a short walk from the Lakes. The job gives you hands-on experience with customer care, logistics and returns at an international clothing brand. Students are preferred but not a requirement.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Being the voice of Colorful Standard, answering customer questions and concerns quickly and warmly

  • Following up with our logistics warehouse on lost or delayed packages and investigating what went wrong

  • Handling returns from start to finish

  • Monitoring US shipments and communicating with carriers and US Customs to avoid any shipment delays

  • Replying to customer reviews on Trustpilot and Klaviyo

  • Running the office day to day: ordering from Nemlig.com, keeping the coffee stocked, coordinating lunch and restocking office supplies

  • Ad hoc customer experience tasks

Your strengths:

  • Previous customer service, retail or e-commerce experience is a plus

  • You follow things through until they are solved

  • You stay calm and friendly, when dealing with frustrated customers

  • Excellent reading and writing skills in both English and Danish

  • You like keeping things in order, from a return log to the coffee shelf

What we offer:

  • A brand new office in the heart of Nørrebro, close to the Lakes

  • Lunch catered every day by Meyers Bageri

  • A fixed weekly schedule, with flexibility for studies

  • A small team where you see how an online clothing brand runs, from warehouse to inbox

  • Cozy social working environment with social events such as summer parties and Friday bars etc.

  • Joining a versatile international team in a brand that is focused on sustainability and quality items

If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you. Please send your CV and a short cover letter.

Start: Mid November 2026

Hours: 10 to 15 per week

Location: Nørrebro, Copenhagen

We want a team with many different backgrounds, and we encourage everyone to apply regardless of national origin, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability or age.
