Join LSEG's Customer Success Team and help some of the world's leading financial institutions unlock greater value from our Pricing & Reference Services (PRS) business.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the center of our customer relationships, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption, accelerate outcomes, and expand the strategic use of our solutions across their organizations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex challenges, realize measurable value, and achieve their business objectives.

You'll own customer success strategies and Value Plans, proactively identifying opportunities to increase engagement, mitigate risk, and support long-term retention and growth. By combining strong relationship management, business acumen, and solution expertise, you'll help customers maximize the return on their investment in LSEG.

Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Market Development teams, you'll bring the voice of the customer into the business, influence strategy, and help uncover new opportunities for expansion.

Role Overview

Clearly define business outcomes and success plans to capture and track customer objectives, milestones, risks, and success metrics.

Educate customers on how to use LSEG enterprise platforms, content, and technologies tailored to use-case needs.

Monitor usage, account health, and growth opportunities to create actionable insights, customer value plans, risk mitigation plans and strategically pivot as necessary.

Seek out organic business expansion opportunities (up-sell / cross-sell) in collaboration with LSEG business development partners.

Ensure customers derive maximum ROI from LSEG services and solutions, utilizing the full extent of their licenses/contracts.

Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to gather customer intelligence and influence adoption.

Qualifications / Skills

5+ years of commercial experience in B2B customer success, account management, consultative selling, or support, preferably in a SaaS company.

Must have knowledge and experience in financial content and the financial services industry.

Confidence engaging technical stakeholders such as market data managers, data stewards, reference data teams, pricing analysts, developers, application owners, data architects, and data engineers, while also communicating effectively with senior business decision makers.

Experience with pricing services, reference data, valuation workflows, security master data, data management platforms, APIs, and cloud-based data delivery solutions, with the ability to translate business and technical requirements into customer value and adoption plans.

Working knowledge of pricing and reference data workflows, data quality management, symbology and entity mapping, data governance, content delivery mechanisms, and operational resilience.

Familiarity with AI tools, generative AI technologies, and prompt development techniques, with the ability to identify and discuss AI-driven opportunities relevant to customer workflows and data strategies

Ability to lead customer discovery discussions covering data requirements, content coverage, delivery models, workflow integration, migration planning, and success criteria.

Ability to travel onsite when required

Strong judgment in managing customer issues, escalations, and cross-functional ownership.

Ability to align customer business needs with LSEG Pricing & Reference Services solutions.

Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across internal and customer organizations.

Executive presence with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong ownership and follow-through.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to customer sites when required.
