Customer Supply Chain Manager [EL]

Lead and coordinate supply chain programmes to improve operational efficiency, delivery performance and cost effectiveness across global operations.

Manage customer accounts and develop strategic relationships to support business growth and long-term partnerships.

Monitor customer account performance, including operational results, financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, production planning and supply chain teams to support new projects and product launches.

Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules and implementation plans to achieve agreed business objectives.

Monitor project milestones and critical paths, identify delays and implement recovery plans or schedule adjustments.

Assess project and supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to management.

Ensure production capacity, material availability and supply chain resources are aligned with customer demand.

Review clear-to-build status, identify material or capacity constraints and coordinate corrective actions through to closure.

Oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning and stock optimisation to minimise excess and slow-moving materials.

Lead supply chain improvement projects and implement cost-reduction initiatives through process and system enhancements.

Monitor daily operational performance to ensure customer delivery requirements and cost targets are achieved.

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with assigned customers and communicate project progress, operational performance, risks and improvement plans.

Maintain a strong understanding of production processes, testing operations, production layout and material flow.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
