Customer Support Advisor – Spanish + Galician or Basque

We are looking for Customer Support Advisors fluent in Spanish and either Galician or Basque to support customers in the fashion retail industry with purchases, orders, deliveries and product-related enquiries.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat;
• Handle enquiries about purchases, orders and products;
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, returns and after-sales service;
• Provide effective, personalised solutions;
• Record customer interactions and follow up on cases.

Requirements:

• Spanish – native-level proficiency;
• Galician or Basque – native-level proficiency;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Customer-oriented attitude, patience and attention to detail;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Working conditions:

• Full-time employment – 39 hours/week;
• Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 23:00;
• Permanent contract;
• Two weeks of paid initial training;

Salary and benefits:

• €19,620 gross/year;
• Annual bonus of €1,200 gross;
• Total potential annual compensation of €20,820 gross.
