What We Offer
- Base Salary: €1,400.00 gross / month
- Performance Bonus: Up to €100.00 / month extra
- Work Schedule: Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Lisbon time)—no overnight shifts!

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality non-voice back-office customer support in Dutch and English
- Manage case files, account updates, and connected service workflows with precision
- Deliver prompt, effective solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
- Languages: Fluent proficiency (written and spoken) in both Dutch and English
- Location: Based locally in Lisbon, Portugal (or ready to commute immediately)
