Customer Support Agent x 3 – Finance Software - Expanding team due to gorwth

Location: Bournemouth – fully office-based

Salary: £33,000

I’m recruiting for three Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing finance software business in Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email and online support channels.
• Help customers resolve issues, providing clear guidance and a positive support experience.
• Investigate problems, identify solutions and escalate more complex issues when needed.
• Manage customer requests efficiently, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Learn and navigate software systems to help customers use them effectively.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve queries and share knowledge.
• Embrace new technology and AI tools to improve the customer experience and ways of working.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, customer support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, helpful approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Desirable Experience

• Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms or customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar.
• Experience supporting customers across multiple channels.
• An interest in technology, software or digital tools.
• Finance, accounting or business software knowledge.
