Customer Support Agent - Marousi

Velmar, one of the largest retail companies in Greece and an official distributor and repairer of vehicles for 15+ brands, is expanding its operations and is seeking a Customer Support Agent in Marousi.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls

• Assisting customers with inquiries and orders

• Providing professional customer support

• Managing appointments and customer requests

• Coordinating with the sales and warehouse departments

• Updating customer information in the system

Requirements:

• University or Technical Institute degree (TEI/AEI)

• Previous experience in customer service or call center will be considered a plus

• Customer-centric approach

• Excellent communication skills

• Good computer knowledge

• Professional attitude and team spirit

• Organizational skills
