We’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team members to join our Customer Support team.

Afternoon Shift 1 2: 0 0 PM – 8: 0 0 PM 5 days per week • 2 days off per week
Midnight Shift 8: 0 0 PM – 3: 0 0 AM 5 days per week • 2 days off per week
🚕 Corporate Cabify transportation available for the return trip for midnight shift
Night Shift 1 1: 0 0 PM – 8: 0 0 AM 3 or 4 nights per week • 7 working days every 2 weeks
📍 On-site role – Parque Patricios
💼 What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat
- Handle incidents, follow up on cases, and escalate when necessary
- Maintain a professional, customer-first mindset at all times
