Customer Support Agent

This is not a traditional desk role where you simply answer phones and pass messages along. Across our 7 offices in the Southeastern US, no two calls are ever the same. You will handle dynamic, unique situations that require critical thinking, active listening, and a personalized approach to problem-solving. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and want to deliver a warm, "hometown feel" to every customer interaction, we want to hear from you!

Only applications/resumes submitted online will be accepted.

Please do not call or email.

Be sure to keep an eye on your junk/spam folder for an email to set up an interview time should be you be selected for one.

Are you looking for more than just a typical receptionist job? We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented Customer Support Agent to serve as the front line for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Communication: Confidently manage a high volume of daily customer interactions via phone and support emails (handling 30+ inbound calls and 30+ outbound/follow-up calls daily).

Technical & Account Support: Provide Level 1 technical support, handle billing inquiries, answer general account questions, and assist with general customer service requests.

Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate technician schedules and create accurate work orders to ensure smooth field operations across our 7 regional offices.

Customer Relationship Management: Deliver warm, friendly, and reliable service that leaves customers feeling valued and supported.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with a fast-paced, highly active internal team to resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner: Comfort with software, digital tools, and basic troubleshooting is key. We need someone who is tech-literate—or eagerly ready to lean into learning new technologies—and picks up software platforms quickly.

Resourceful Problem-Solvers: A go-getter and self-starter who uses critical thinking to find specialized solutions for unique customer needs.

Strong Communicators: Someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, dive into conversations, and comfortably work through call resolutions.

Adaptable & Driven: A dynamic individual willing to grow, learn, and adapt as company needs and tech systems evolve.

Positive & Dependable: A team player who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance every single day.

Ideally looking for someone to work 9:30-6PM but can be slightly flexible for the right candidate.
