Customer Support Agent with German and English

Our team is currently expanding, and we are looking for a Customer Support Agent with German and English to join our mission.

Main Responsibilities:



• Provide technical and financial support to customers via email and live chat;
• Assist with software installation, account registration, and platform operations;
• Research and resolve client queries to ensure full satisfaction and case completion;
• Verify request details to maintain high standards of security and accuracy;
• Educate users on the company’s financial instruments and diverse trading services;
• Collaborate with team members to improve a product used by thousands worldwide.

Requirements:



• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal);
• Strong computer literacy and excellent typing skills for efficient communication;
• Analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision;
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule to support global operations;
• Finance background or prior customer service experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in German language
• Upper-intermediate or Fluent level of English
• Customer Support experience
