As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include responding to customer calls, addressing their concerns, and providing accurate information regarding our services. You will also be required to document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. The role requires working night shifts and offers a five-day work week with two rotational offs.
