Customer Support Associate with Arabic
NewBe an early applicantIn this role, you will independently provide customer support services through email, chat, and phone channels to high-profile clients specializing in internet-based searching and video-sharing platforms.
Your objective will be to ensure effective handling of customer inquiries and maintain high service quality standards.
Your tasks:
- Provide high-quality online customer service via email, chat, and phone.
- Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution.
- Identify, qualify and overcome customer objections.
Our requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic.
- Intermediate level of written and verbal English.
- The expected monthly engagement is around 130 hours, subject to mutual arrangements.
- Experience in the call center or customer service industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
What we offer:

Civil contract with a gross hourly rate of PLN 37.00.
- Hybrid collaboration from Kraków.
- Introductory activities aimed at enabling the contractor to become familiar with the tools and agreed scope of services.
- Possibility to provide services within the time range from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, depending on the contractor’s availability and preferences.
