Customer Support Associate with Polish
In this role, you will independently provide customer support services via email, chat, and phone to high-profile clients specializing in internet-based search and video-sharing platforms.
Your objective will be to ensure effective handling of customer inquiries and maintain high service quality standards.
What we offer:
- Civil contract.
- Salary range: 31.00-33.00 PLN gross/h.
- Hybrid collaboration from Kraków.
- Introductory activities aimed at enabling the contractor to become familiar with the tools and agreed scope of services.
- Possibility to provide services within the time range from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, depending on the contractor’s availability and preferences.

- The expected monthly engagement is around 130 hours, subject to mutual arrangements.
- Experience in the call center or customer service industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience or educational background in the online advertising or marketing field is a plus.
