Customer Support Executive (Cse) (Vaishali Nagar) Company: Impetus Consulting Associates Private Job Location: Udala, Odisha, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 18+ years Salary: 1,50,000 - 2,16,000 per year Responsibilities : Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns. Make outbound calls to gather feedback and follow-up with patients. Respond to emergency code announcements in a timely and professional manner. Maintain high levels of professionalism with patients while building robust relationships with each caller. Update patient data in the patient service database after each call. Maintain regular communication with the management team. Qualifications : Must be 18 years of age or older. A graduate or pursuing graduation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, and English. Ability to always remain professional and courteous with patients. Must be available to work during holidays and weekends. Other Information : As per requirement of the process shift will be rotational 24*7. Each shift will be 9 hours (8 hours working and 1-hour break) Rotational week off. 4 weeks off in a month.
