Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role is part of our International Chat Process, which involves handling customer queries through chat and other communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to build a career in the BPO/KPO industry. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to international customer inquiries via chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. - Maintain a high standard of professional communication to ensure a positive customer experience. - Follow established guidelines and quality standards to meet performance targets. - Efficiently manage customer interactions while adhering to company policies. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or related fields. - Knowledge of BPO/KPO processes is preferred. - Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. - Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and willing to work onsite in Indore. - Educational qualifications include HSC (12th Pass) or a graduate degree.
