Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing their queries, and providing appropriate solutions. You will maintain professional communication in English and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues effectively. Your role will also involve providing accurate information about our products and services, maintaining customer records, and updating details in our system. You will be expected to follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures while achieving assigned performance and customer satisfaction targets. Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication. Candidates with good verbal English communication skills and basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply. Freshers with a willingness to learn and work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, are welcome. Prior experience in international BPO, voice support, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduate is required as per company standards.
