•Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, email, and
WhatsApp.
•Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of quotations and order
processing.
•Update customer interactions and follow-up status in the CRM/system.
•Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements
* Experience in telecalling/customer calling.* Experience in handling system-based/computer-based work.* Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and data entry.* Candidates with knowledge of Hindi
