Srisattva Group is a professional services and consulting organization providing solutions in Accounting & Compliance, ERP/CRM Implementation, Business Process Automation, and Staffing Support. The group partners with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients to deliver structured, scalable, and value-driven business solutions.
Role Overview:
The Customer Support Executive will oversee ERP-driven operational processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The role involves leading ERP-related activities, supporting system improvements, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations using ERP systems
- Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and system updates
- Supervise invoicing, billing, and basic accounting processes through ERP
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for workflow execution and issue resolution
- Support ERP implementation, customization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate and analyze reports to track operational performance
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and compliance standards
- Maintain ERP documentation, records, and best practices
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members/users
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 4–5 years of experience in ERP operations/support roles
- Hands-on experience with Zoho applications (Books, CRM, Inventory) and Tally (Tally Prime/ERP)
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Qualifications:
- Graduation (B.Sc / BCA / Any Degree or equivalent)
- ERP or Tally certification is an added advantage
