Customer Support Expert
We are seeking fluent English-speaking Customer Support Experts in Lisbon, Portugal.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Subscribers: Assist users with digital subscription options, account management, billing, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Proactive Engagement: Conduct targeted outbound calls and educate users on exclusive product features and integrated AI tools.
Shifts & Location
- Work Location: Lisbon, Portugal, accessible via local metro, train, and bus lines.
- Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 07:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday.
- Night Shift: 22:00 to 07:00, Monday to Sunday.
- Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour daily shifts with a 1-hour lunch break).
