Customer Support Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced Customer Support Officer to provide professional support to suppliers and prospective suppliers, particularly in registration and related processes within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Register prospective suppliers on the relevant supplier registration platform.
• Verify supplier-submitted questionnaires and provide guidance where required.
• Review and process supplier requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide help desk support on supplier registration-related matters.
• Respond to supplier enquiries and ensure effective resolution of issues.
• Prepare accurate reports on published suppliers.
• Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with suppliers.

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualifications.
• Professional and/or customer service training certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage supplier enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Experience in customer support, supplier management, or related roles is preferred.
